Mission

For those of us in Canada, education is often taken for granted. However, for many young children around the world, the idea of receiving a formal education is an unrealistic dream. Even though there have been significant advances in Eritrea’s education system, there are still numerous children who do not have the required educational supplies in order to learn to the best of their abilities. Understanding, the high demand for these supplies is the first step to helping out. We wish to inform those around us on how they can help this situation, in hopes of encouraging more individuals to join in on our project by donating. As it was best said by Nelson Mandela, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” We have set up a gofundme page where you can all donate to our project. The money collected will be used to buy needed school supplies for the children of the Asmara Children's Home in Asmara, Eritrea. We plan on buying exercise books, notebooks, calculators and other need supplies to aid in their success. By donating, you are affecting the education career of numerous less fortunate students directly by providing them with the required means to succeed. Every donation counts!
